Sprig supports three different plans, Free, Essentials, and Enterprise. The Sprig website provides more details on the differences between the plans. As well as features and support services, the core difference between plans is the number of Monthly Tracked Users (MTU) that the plan supports. Free supports up to 10k MTU, Essentials up to 100k MTU, and Enterprise over 100k MTU. You can select the plan you want in the app at Settings>Usage & Billing.
The MTU measures the number of unique visitors that are tracked (or visit) your page/application on a monthly basis. An MTU is a user that performs at least one tracked event each month, such as logging in to a web application. MTU tracking is shared across all products within a plan.
Generally, the number of MTUs is equal to the number of unique users tracked by Sprig. However, if the sum of events and attributes tracked for the average user exceeds 100, then the number of MTUs is defined as:
(Total number of events + Total number of attributes) / 100
MTUs can only be tracked as unique users if you provide a unique user ID. Users tracked without a unique ID, such as anonymous visitors to a website, may be counted multiple times for each session.
In some cases, it may be possible to track a subset of users while still maintaining the ability to achieve statistically significant survey results. Contact a Sprig sales representative to discuss this option.
In addition, the Essentials plan has four separate tiers based on the MTU. They are up to:
- 10k MTU
- 25k MTU
- 50k MTU
- 100k MTU
All four plans offer the same feature set and the same access to integrations.
Your current plan type, plan usage, and billing information can be found on Settings>Usage & Billing.
Sprig supports moving from one plan to another. For example, if you would like to upgrade from Free to Essential:
Only Admin roles can complete this task.
- Go to Settings>Usage & Billing.
- Click Edit .
- Click Select.
- Use the Slider to select the appropriate Tier (10k, 25k, 50k, or 100k).
- Click Continue to Payment.
- Enter your payment details and click Start Trial.
