# Long-Form Surveys

> Sprig Long-Form Surveys enable you to move faster and influence decisions with modern surveys that are easy to build.

  **Note:** Customers without Long-Form Surveys in their contract are limited to 25 Long-Form Survey responses a month. If you need more than 25 responses, reach out to our [Sales team](https://sprig.com/sales-demos) or your Customer Success Manager to ask about updating your plan.

  The Starter plan includes 100 Long-Form Survey responses a month and the Free plan includes 25 a month.

# What are Sprig Long-Form Surveys?

Run advanced surveys across email, SMS, and chat, and more with an intuitive survey builder and built-in AI analysis, no engineering support required.

Long-Form Surveys help research teams:

* Capture larger, more robust results with additional question types, easy-to-configure logic, and randomization that counteracts bias.
* Quickly create and launch surveys that are easy for respondents to navigate on mobile or desktop.
* Discover pain points and prioritize what to work on next with the same AI Insights that are available for other types of Sprig studies.

Long-Form Surveys also support embedding prototypes from common design tools, allowing you to collect feedback on designs, flows, and concepts directly within a survey. Supported prototype sources overlap with those available in [Prototype Testing](/docs/sprig-studies/prototype-studies/prototype-testing/index#supported-prototype-sources).

Long-Form Surveys are delivered through links that seamlessly embed across all your customer channels.
