A Change to the Sprig Free Plan

Previously, some Free plans from Sprig included the ability to deliver studies via [Web, iOS, and Android] (doc:web-mobile). The plan also included the ability to use the [Webhooks] (doc:webhooks) solution and the Data Export API.

From May 2022, the Free plan will be limited to 3 [link-based] (doc:link-survey) studies with up to 5,000 tracked users per month. Access to various [question types] (doc:questions#adding-a-question), the template gallery and much more will still be available.

If you want to keep using integrations and launching in-product studies via the Sprig SDK or other source integrations, ask your [Sprig Admin] (doc:account-and-login#permissions) to proceed with an [Upgrade] (doc:plans-teams-and-billing#how-can-i-upgrade) to the Enterprise plan.

The Sprig account will transition automatically to the updated configuration.
