We’ve created a new capability that will allow you to track click-based events in UserLeap without adding any additional code. This means that targeting surveys in new areas of your product is so much easier and faster!
As part of the Enterprise plan, you’re eligible to sync your UserLeap survey data with your internal databases and platform avoiding manual exports. Check out the Enterprise plan or our API docs to learn more.
To help you keep track of key insights, be sure to check your email inbox and keep your UserLeap email settings handy on the Dashboard. The new notifications highlight your surveys, average response rates, and noteworthy insights. You'll also be able to receive notifications any time a survey launches or completes in UserLeap.
UserLeap has added the ability to detect survey events and attributes through our UI for key integrations such as Segment, our Public API and mParticle. To learn more, visit our help article.
