It's now easier than ever to get feedback on multiple designs in your Concept Tests. We published our first file in the Figma Community, which allows you to showcase designs to your customers in an organized, side-by-side fashion. No Code Events allow you to easily create triggers and filters for your web surveys based on the page URL, inner text, or with a CSS selector. As these types of events become increasingly more common, it was time for us to revamp and improve upon our existing No Code Event creation experience.

The revamped experience for No Code Event creation now has the following:

A dropdown of URL matching options including:

{496}

A way to test URLs against the event's URL pattern:

Plus, our system will automatically check and validate for improper syntax and event duplication when you save it.

So next time you can't find an existing trigger or filter in your account – don't fret! You can quickly and confidently create it using our new No Code Events.

Now you can more easily conduct video interviews with hundreds of people at once via email! Simply create your video survey, upload your email contact list, and hit send. Then watch the video responses roll in.

Exhausted from spending hours conducting individual user interviews?

Now you can now record voice and video questions and deliver them to hundreds of users asynchronously via email or shareable link with Sprig. Each response is recorded and transcribed, and run through Sprig’s AI engine (Essentials and Enterprise plans only), which groups common themes together, so you don’t need to spend hours analyzing results. Plus, you can export video responses via CSV or our API.

So you can conduct user interviews 24/7, without any of the hassles of scheduling and recruiting participants for live sessions.

Check out all of the details here or get started by choosing the Video & Voice question type from the Questions dropdown.

Now you can bring your actual users into the product design process early and often without needing to rely on panels or live Zoom testing sessions!

In the same interface that you send microsurveys and conduct video interviews via a shareable link, simply add your Figma prototype URL, specify your video, scale, multiple-choice, or text questions to appear alongside it, and send it to your users. Then, watch as the automatically-analyzed feedback pours in.

During survey creation, customers now have the option to "Send Test Email" to themselves or colleagues prior to launching the microsurvey. While the test email fully replicates the end user experience, responses taken within that test microsurvey will not be recorded.

While link microsurveys are anonymous by default, customers can now enrich responses by adding parameters to the end of the microsurvey URL. Responses enriched with user_id will associate those responses to identified users in the Sprig instance, while other parameter values will be stored as custom metadata that can then be downloaded or exported with responses.
