Password Requirements

Sprig passwords must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum length: 10 characters
  • Must contain:
    • At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
    • At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
    • At least one number (0-9)

Changing Passwords

To change the password to your Sprig account:

  1. Click the account menu.
  2. Click Log Out.
  3. Click Forgot Password.
  4. Type in your email.
  5. Click Send password reset email.
  6. Follow the instructions in the email you receive to reset your Sprig password.

Note: If you login to Sprig using the Sign in with Google option or the Sign in with SSO option, you will need to change your password with Google or the Identity Provider your company uses for Single Sign-On.
