Web and Mobile Microsurveys

Deliver short, targeted microsurveys to specific users at specific moments directly within your product experience. Send microsurveys to specific users at specific points in time, resulting in hyper-relevant feedback, higher response rates, and more confidence in your data.

Web and Mobile Microsurveys are triggered by an event. An event can be any action that takes place in your web or mobile application that allows you to track user behavior.

Examples of events include visiting a page, clicking a button, and scrolling to a specific position on a page. If you want to further refine who will receive a Web or Mobile Microsurvey, you'll want to assign attributes to the users and use those attributes to filter who your survey sends to.

To trigger and filter surveys using events and attributes you'll need to make sure that you've installed the SDKs as described in the Connect section.
