Sprig Link Survey Basics
Shareable links are no longer available for new In-Product SurveysLink Studies are In-Product Surveys delivered via a shareable link rather than as an in-app intercept. This study type is no longer supported for new creation. Existing Shareable Link In-Product Surveys will continue to collect responses. They can still be embedded, enriched, and delivered in the same way as Long-Form Surveys. See our documentation on Delivering Link-Based Studies.
To share new surveys using a link, use Long-Form Surveys instead. If you use Shareable Links frequently, talk to our Sales team about adding Long-Form Surveys to your contract.
