Quick Start Guide
Install & launch your first study in minutes!
Overview
This quick start guide will help you get Sprig activated in your website in four simple steps. Most teams can get up in running with their first use case in less than an hour!
- Create a Sprig Account (a few minutes): Start by setting up your account to access Sprig’s platform. Note: If you are engaging with Sprig on a custom trial or POC, your dedicated Account Executive will help setup a trial account on your behalf.
- Install the Sprig SDK* (15 minutes): Integrate Sprig into your website or mobile app to enable Replays, Heatmaps, Surveys or Feedback studies.
- The Sprig SDK is what powers Sprig’s targeting and in-product study platform. The SDK is code that integrates with Google Tag Manager, Segment Web or directly into your app to enable the seamless exchange of data. This is what powers Sprig’s targeting platform.
- _Note: Sprig link-based solutions do not require SDK integration or setup- and you can get started with Sprig Long-Form Surveys and Prototype Tests instantly.
- Instrument User Attributes & Event Tracking* (15 minutes): Define user attributes and track important interactions to trigger the right study, at the right time, and deepen your insights with attribute and event history filtering.
- Example Event: Dashboard - Clicked - Add to Cart
- Example Attributes: planId, company
- Create & Launch a Study (5 Minutes)
