How to get help
There are several ways to contact the Sprig support team:
- Use the in-product chat tool. Click the black icon at the bottom right of the Sprig app to submit a support ticket.
- Send an email to [email protected].
- If you have the Enterprise plan, you can also reach out to the Sprig support team via your dedicated Slack channel.
Support Hours
Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time (UTC-8).
Sprig has on-call engineering resources available 24/7 for critical, urgent needs as they arise.
