User Interviews

Integrate Sprig and User Interviews to collect real-time insights from the right users.

Sprig & User Interviews' integration enables you to:

  • Find the right participants for your study. Recruit your own users via Sprig or source from User Interviews’ 2.1 million+ panel with detailed consumer and professional targeting.
  • Build a Prototype Test or Survey within Sprig, send it to participants, and capture user insights. Automate the entire flow from invite to incentives.
  • Manage progress and access task recordings from a single place. Let our integration do the work of tracking participants across platforms.

Connecting User Interviews & Sprig:

  1. In the Sprig dashboard, navigate to Integrations —> Study creation —> Panels —> User Interviews and click "Connect."

    1. If you are not already logged in to User Interviews, click "Sign In" and login to your account.
      1. Once logged in, click on your username in the bottom left corner and choose "Account settings."
      2. On the Integrations tab, find Sprig and click "Connect" and login to your Sprig account.
      3. If the connection is successful, the "Connect" button should now say "Disconnect."
    2. If you are already logged in to User Interviews, find Sprig on the Integrations tab and click "Connect" and login to your Sprig account.
      1. If the connection is successful, the "Connect" button should now say "Disconnect."

Make Sprig Survey Available in User Interviews:

  1. Build a Prototype Test or Survey within Sprig.
  2. On the Audience tab under Delivery Platform, toggle on the button that says “Share to a panel in User Interviews.”
  1. Launch your survey.

For a Sprig survey to show up in User Interviews, the “Share to a panel in User Interviews” button must be toggled on and the survey must be in progress. All Sprig studies across all of your team's Products that meet the above criteria will show up in User Interviews.

Connect Sprig Survey to User Interviews Project:

  1. In User Interviews, create a new Project.
    1. Give the project an internal project name. Optionally, add an internal project description.
  2. On the Recruitment tab, select the appropriate participant source and configure recruitment criteria as needed.
  3. On the Research activity tab, select Unmoderated as the research activity.
    1. Under Task Platform, select Integrations and add a task by clicking the "Add" button.
      1. Click "Use your Sprig account” to select Sprig.
      2. In the dropdown menu, select the name of the Sprig study you want to connect to your User Interviews project and click "Save."
  1. Finish setting up your project by outlining incentive information on the Participant number & incentives tab and configuring communication details on the Participant communications tab. When ready, you can then launch the project.
  2. Once the project is launched, you can monitor its progress by viewing the project, allowing you to see a link to task, start-time, duration, and status (not started, incomplete, complete).
  3. Once the participant has completed the survey, view Sprig completion data and pay out incentives automatically in User Interviews once completion is confirmed.
