Overview

Replays and Heatmaps prioritize privacy to ensure sensitive customer information is not captured. By default, Replay clips and Heatmap captures blur out sensitive form content. Sprig Admins may also obscure other input fields, canvases, maps, and images and videos. They can even mask specific page elements using CSS selectors or mobile classes.
